This one is pretty bad. While I can't translate what the reporters are talking about this accident could have been prevented. The board/object that was being carried apparently got wedged between the ceiling and the escalator step and caused the escalator step to become disengaged resulting in the person falling into the unit. While the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation doesn't tell you not to bring an eight foot board on any vertical transportation device it's scary how dangerous a situation can become.
