I had to write about this video as I've never laughed so hard in my life and boy did it feel good. While we all come in contact with voice recognition over the telephone with the various companies out there such as the phone companies and shipping companies, if this type of technology hits the real world I believe we're all in trouble. I love using the voice recognition system of UPS or FedEx when tracking packages. There's nothing more demoralizing than after reading off a thirty digit number, the system can't understand what you've just said. I believe that I can speak clearly and slowly however the UPS computer lady doesn't think so. The bottom line is that voice recognition technology in the real world has a long way to go and many challenges to face as this video shows. Enjoy everyone!
