Well, after many e-mails last week regarding the fact that I simply forgot about the prize pack giveaway I apologize! I'm not sure what I was thinking but I swear I thought I had another few days in August left. So I'm making it up this week with a $100 Visa gift card and some great items donated by the following awesome companies. Not that many stories on the Internet this week as next week is the NAEC Annual Convention in Grapevine TX!  Everyone headed to the show, have safe travels. Next week there may not be a show depending on the Internet service. Our friend from the UK, David Cooper was nice enough to share a very interesting article regarding a very old Hydraulic (water) Elevator he was asked to consult on. To view this .PDF Document click this link or below in the listener links. The link to it will be in the show notes. So much to cover so little time! (Do you have a Got Lift t-shirt? If not visit our online store  and get one today! All profits go back to the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation!)

Thanks to the following companies who support the Elevator Radio Show and have donated items for the prize pack giveaway! Fujitec America, GAL, The National Association of Elevator Contractors, The National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities, The Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation, COMPANY SRL, Peelle, C.J. Anderson, Truxes, EMS Group, Elevator Bob's Elevator Pictures & Minnesota Elevator, Inc!
