Click Here to download ERS-2008-01-23 #103 I hope you all enjoyed the little video I put out on Monday. Audio and video quality wasn't all that great but hopefully you got a little more behind the scenes look on what happens here every Wednesday.  While light on news this week there's a very interesting story that happened down in Miami. This one shows just a little how tough our industry is from an inspector's and contractor's point of view. An elevator in a condo is not working, the city came in and served six final inspection notices and the association still will not do anything. This kind of thing must happen a lot.
